The Design Mine (www.thedesignmine.com) caters to smart companies in need of Strategic Branding, Corporate Identity Development, Web and Multimedia Design, Marketing Communications/Collateral Creation and Advertising Programs.

We have an opening for a .NET/Dynamic Flash Master. (Please, no newbies.) Candidate would work solely on launching a new web-based rich internet application that we are developing for one of our clients. This candidate would be dedicated to picking up the project at its current stage, completing the project with other programmers that are currently working on it, and then maintaining all of the future upgrades to the application. Candidate would be hired on as either a contract-to-hire candidate (40+ hours a week) or full-time employee, both with a 90-day review period.

Responsibilities include:
- Develop custom .NET web applications
Specifically C#, ASP.Net and SQL Server skills – NO VB please!
- Rich Internet Application Development and Integration
Flex 3 and Flash CS3 or CS4 with experience in web service integration
- Introducing new technology

Technical skills required (expert level):
- Demonstrated command of C#, ASP.NET and SQL
- Flex 3, Flash CS3 or CS4, Actionscript 2 and 3 programming
- AJAX (.Net AjaxToolKit, JQuery), CSS, HTML, and JavaScript programming
- Knowledge of Flash remoting, database integration, XML and Web Services
- Emphasis on RIA methodologies
- Experience building and troubleshooting .NET components

Requirements:
-We are only seeking high level, QUALIFIED applicants, translated 6+ years of documented experience.
- Strong attention to detail, testing and troubleshooting
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, turn projects around quickly and prioritize workload
- Experience integrating designs into dynamic, database-driven environments
- Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to work effectively as part of a project team and foster team cooperation
- Knowledge of CSS required
- Knowledge of Photoshop imaging techniques is a plus.
- Good analytical and thorough testing skills are a must!
- Speed and quality! Not looking for entry level skills.
