Summary of Job Function
Provides leadership to multiple teams for support and implementation of enterprise hardware and operating systems. Supports the development of individuals, teams and work initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities
1. Supervisory responsibility over multiple team members performing skilled tasks. Team tasks may be highly specialized in nature in one or more functional areas. Provides direction and management for team member’s career growth and mastery of job responsibilities.
2. Provides tactical and strategic direction to support the growth and future technology advances to the benefit of the company.
3. Coordinates multiple teams to meet the goals of the company. Interfaces with virtually all areas within the company and communicates with clients for planning and problem resolution.
4. Provides tactical technical direction for multiple highly complex datacenter infrastructures
5. Responsible for budgeting and implementing new technologies to improve availability and recoverability of client access to TSYS.
6. Provides leadership to multiple teams for support and implementation of enterprise hardware and operating systems.
7. Available 24/7 for internal and external clients.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
1. Listens well and utilizes information
2. Understands the clients’ business and collaborates with the clients to meet their objectives
3. Plans and manages to annual budget for cost center
4. Understands the factors which enable TSYS to prosper
5. Works well in a fast-paced, high pressured environment with irregular hours
6. Travels, as required
7. Possesses and applies specialized knowledge unique to the organization using common methods and principles
8. Analyzes information for routine problem resolution
9. Plans and leads the work efforts of others
10. Provides daily leadership
11. Guides team members performing specialized duties
12. Provides effective presentations and communications, manages time and priorities.
13. Possesses excellent communication skills in dealing with internal and external clients.

Education and Experience
Four year college degree and 6 or more years professional experience or 8 or more years professional experience is required. Previous management experience is required for leadership and previous experience managing teams or projects is required for matrix management.
