Under general direction, plan, design, code, test and troubleshoot new functions/enhancements of assigned portions of the framework used to continually integrate software for purposes of assessing functional and quantitative performance. Requires object-oriented analysis and design skills, using C#, Visual Basic and .NET. May provide guidance to entry level software engineers.

Required Skills:
• Must be proficient in C# and .NET Framework 1.1; .NET 2.0 highly desirable.
• Experience with Visual Basic is highly desirable.
• Experience with Rational Functional Tester and Rational Test Manager; or similar automated testing products and capabilities.

• Experience with Continuous Integration technologies.
• Experience in Service Oriented Architectures (SoA)
• Experience with SQL stored procedures and Oracle 9/10
• Experience with version control, project lifecycle management, etc., Rational ClearCase preferred
