We are in need of two excellent Java/.Net troubleshooters for our team!!
We have openings for two Production Support Analysts on our Colorado Springs team. These positions will be supporting users in London on existing Java and .Net Applications as we continue development on new products. These positions will handle Tier II troubleshooting, bug fixes and phone support for the UK team. There are two existing team members in the UK that will be able to handle issues during London time core hours, but we’ll handle the overflow and afterhours needs here in the U.S., and eventually take over their work as they move over to development later this year. At that time we will add two more team members to the team so that we have a 24 x 7 rotating on-call between the 4 programmers.
These positions will also need to go with our business team to London for one week at the end of September/early October to do some knowledge transfer and information gathering. A current passport is a plus, but we can also help you obtain one quickly.
Qualified candidates will have: - Excellent problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills - Ability and willingness to assist users with software application issues and ability to build rapport with users - Solid knowledge of Java and some .Net –OR- Solid knowledge of .Net with some Java - Ability to be part of a 24x7 on-call rotation (between 4 team members)
We offer a competitive salary plus full benefits, including health, vision, dental and life insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid sick and holiday time, 401K, and pay for all hours worked (including overtime at straight time). Our SES office is located in the Oracle Corp Building on teh far north end of Colorado Springs.
