Job Responsibilities • Deploy and operate large scale cloud infrastructure and application services in our data centers • Responsible for architecting and managing FrontRange platform-based solutions • Work with customers to design and implement operationally efficient unified offerings • Deploy, support, and manage FrontRange technologies remotely and at scale • Be part of the team that manages our customer-driven support and escalation system • Work with our Engineers and Systems Architects on infrastructure projects • Maintain current hands-on knowledge of the FrontRange platform and solutions • Document best practices in developing and deploying our solutions and drive relevant content into our knowledge base for reuse by customers and partners • Support our customers and community on support forums, blogs, mailing lists, tweets, etc. • Update and enhance existing business applications in accordance with customer and business demands • Develop and implement technical strategies and approaches that support diverse solutions • Identify and help prioritize functional improvements in the core SaaS platform • Participate in on-call rotation to support 24x7 coverage of our service offering
